ok, ok, so i've been a bit lazy...

and i noticed that Kat has managed to do 2 posts in the last couple of weeks. To tell the truth I gave up checking coz no one was blogging.
I have been pretty busy since the last post though, firstly I went and wrecked my knee again, giving me about a month off work and 2 weeks on crutches; then I went and got tonsillitis for the very first time in my life, this really sucked as the day after i found out why I was in so much pain, I started a 3 week teaching prac.
This prac was actually at my old high school, which turned out to be way fun and interesting, learned so much and have since decided that I wish to teach at a co-ed school, so I have requested one for my next prac which is in August. So, I started studying again on the 25th of february, some classes are good others are pointless, but that is to be expected. I have a major timetable clash (which I am still trying to work out and this is now week 4 of the semester) between history and classics which are only my two most important classes. I did find out this morning though that I passed my teaching prac with a satisfactory, which is way better than an unsatisfactory - not bad considering I lost my voice twice and had to take 2 sick days.
There was a major event that occurred between the end of my prac and the starting of classes, yes, on Saturday the 23rd of February, my nephew Jack Thomas was born, took him bloody long enough to get here too, he ended up being 10 days overdue, and was born by c-section as all attempts to induce failed, talk about driving up nuts already. What's even better is he's still driving my brother nuts, as he likes to be awake at night time, this makes me very happy as brother torture is a wonderful thing.



This is Baby Jack, when he is most peaceful and when I like him the most sleeping, though he did majorly let one rip and made a very not nice nappy for his daddy to change not long after this photo was taken, I thought it was pretty funny, and Stephen thought that I would gladly change the nappy for him, my brother's not very smart sometimes.

Pretty much nothing interesting has happened since then, just study, sleep, class and work really, coz you really don't want me to get into my opinion of my work place at the present point in time, but suffice to say that I have really not been impressed with the organisation of the institution. Anyways, it's after midnight and I should sleep, as I should probably attend class tomorrow, I have actually been pretty good about going so far, I wonder how long that will last?
