Another pretty boring week

Not a lot happening, apart from the fact that I'm getting a cold and that I've had headaches for the past 4 days, fun huh?
The headaches are strange, maybe I'm getting anxious about going home, I haven't had a headache that wasn't induced by alcohol in over a year, I think I need to relax some, will take it pretty easy this weekend I think, going to the movies, the Devil wears Prada is finally being released here tomorrow and there is a Halloween Party, that I'll probably go to, but that's about it.
I only have 21 more teaching days, and 30 days in total, well 29 days and a few hours. There are only 5 more Wednesday nights at Billboard, not many at all. I'm going to miss everyone, well maybe not everyone, so much.
Ok, that's enough wallowing, everything is going to be great, I have everything planned for the next 2 years and it's going to be perfect, perfect I tell you.
I am apparently now the proud owner of the entire Harry Potter series, or so I'm told, Kat bought them for me for Xmas, so she's sending them back to NZ for me, though who knows when, coz as yet I am waiting for her to post a package to me that she said she was going to post like a month ago, not that I'm hinting at anything Kat, really!
Oh yeah, and Sarah, if you are still alive, could you update your blog, all you really need to say is "I'm still here", ok, it's not that hard really. I would hate to waste any of my time worrying about you, I'm very selfish that way :)

Good News

My boss finally backed down and gave me what I wanted, after yesterday telling me it wasn't at all possible. I don't think I'll ever understand they way their minds work sometimes.
So, I'll be arriving in New Zealand, Christchruch to be exact, at 9am on Saturday November 25th. Which is exactly 5 weeka (35 days), 7 hours and 24 minutes from now, yey! (New Zealand time, since it's 4 hour later there than it is here)
I think that was the best thing about the day, well, other than the fact it's Friday and I have 2 days off now. My apartment is looking pretty empty, since I've sent most of my stuff home, my suitcase should end up being pretty light though, got another box today, isn't quite full yet though, should be by Monday though, which is Labour Day at home, and I miss it, suck!
Though, I now only have 24 more teaching days left - 24 more days of Kevin, 14 more classes where Tim calls me crazy and I threaten to kill him, 22 more speaking tests to give. I'm really going to miss some of these kids, especially my kindergarten classes - Penny, Carol, Vicky, Dennis, Andy, Mandy, Lily and Peter (he's my favourtie). Will not miss Lora and Ester torturing Kevin, they shut his fingers in the door the other day. Will also not miss the constant fighting between Sean, Matt and Jack in Back Pack 2 though, talking about driving a teacher crazy. Will definitely miss my Back pack 3 class, even Jimmy, who can be really annoying. New Parade 3 will also be missed (though I had David crying for 20 minutes today, coz he wasn't prepared for all of his speaking test and refused to do the part he didn't know, so I gave him zero), they are the most fun of all my classes. Will be glad not to have to teach Jaxon any more, him and his "Why?", got to be the most annoying thing in the world.

yeah, so the flights I organised to go home aren't acceptable, even though they are the cheapest. apparently "head office" won't accept submissions for flights home and bonuses until within a month of departure, though why this info could not have been passed along the million other times asked about my flights home I have no idea. At this point in time I'm guessing that she is trying to find a way to keep me here until Rach arrives, well all I have to say is fuck her, I'm not doing it, even if I have to stay a day longer, I'm not working, she can go jump of a fucking bridge - man it feels good to swear, I really wanted to swear at her too, and I can do it Korean if I want to, too.
there shall no longer be any extra help from me, of any sort, no extra classes taught or anything, no coming in early, no staying late, and definitely no helping in any way with Halloween preparations. they are getting nothing from me, I've had enough of their shit, no longer doing anything that is not outlined as my job description in my contract!
She tried to tell me my contract didn't expire until the 25th today, and i corrected her, believe me, guess it was unfortunate that Chelsy bore the brunt of my anger, would have said it all to the director if she understood.

So, other than this, we went the the Biennale today, not that we saw much of it, skipped about 3/4 of it, was really draining though. Bought a really cool toy for myself though. Jess and Kelsey went home yesterday, Scott and I went over to their place on Tuesday night to say good bye. We skipped BB last night too, as were really tired.
Had a pretty cool weekend, was Carly's birthday, got a little drunk on soju and went dancing, they had a live band at SpeakEasy and they were pretty good, then did nothing on Sunday, was really enjoyable.
I'm going to eat my kimbap now, drink some wine and find a way to get rid of some of this anger.

ONLY 25 MORE TEACHIGN DAYS, 35 MORE DAYS BEFORE I FINISH WORK, THEORETICALLY LEAVE IN 36 DAYS AND ARRIVE HOME IN 37 DAYS. GOING TO AUSTRALIA IN 44 DAYS!

SO IT IS ONLY 40 DAYS UNTIL I GO HOME AND 48 DAYS UNTIL I GO TO AUSTRALIA, SO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, TO EVERYONE WHO IS NOT GOING TO HAVE AS MUCH FUN AS I AM OVER THE NEXT 2 MONTHS!

Kaz would like to point out that she has been rather busy lately and had more important things on her mind than updating, coz at this time in 6 weeks she will home in NZ, and this time in 7 weeks she will be in Oz. Not a lot else happening here anyway. got my bike fixed today and reserved seats on a flight home on the 24th of next month (now I just have to get the money out of y boss to pay for them, but theoretically I shall be arriving in NZ at 9am on Saturday November 25th, yey!
So, have just been to Carly's birthday party, so may possibly be a little tipsy right now, so Kat I apologise if there are any spelling or grammatical errors in this blog, I can't be bothered checking or fixing them at this point in time, anyways, I'm up to 111 posts now, would be many more had I not acciddentally deleted my entire blog in january.
this week we have had a leaving party for Kelsey and Jess, as they are leaving on Wednesday to go home to Canada, and Carl took off, just decided that he had had enough and left this place, I'm sure I can handle another 6 weeks, as long as the North Koreans are kind enough not to drop any bombs down here just yet, I did write an email to President Kim asking him to wait, but I never got a reply.
I guess that pretty much covers the highlights of this past week, though next week we are going to the Beinnale (an art exhibition) for a kindergarten field trip, so that should be interesting. But I believe that is all that has been happening in my ever so boring life lately. There will be another boring update at a later time. So, there Sarah, there is no way that I am lazier than you, it just an entirely impossible concept!

Not a lot happening

had a pretty boring weekend doing a lot of nothing. Work yesterday was ok, I made some of my student hate me even more when I made them play twister, well, they're not my students they're Scott and the don't like me coz they got in trouble for continuously disturbing one of my classes, I felt revenge was necessary and boy was it fun!

Going to see some National Park with Nige, Van and Nicole today, on the first of my 6 days off, which should be enjoyable I hope, so I have to go get some Kimbap now to eat for lunch later. So I guess I will keep you posted, on my ever so boring life at the moment.
